It is not. I believe that scene was shot in Estes Park, Colorado. This place is more laid back and in Crested Butte.

The bldg was built in 1972. Initially called "the artichoke" restaurant and bar. This lasted until 1989- the artichoke moved to where "butte 66" currently resides and the "avalanche" space was known as "max moretti's". The Avalanche came into existence August 1992 and 27 yrs later is still going strong. Some of the original matchbooks from the artichoke suggested to "sin a little" daily from 3-6 (aka happy hour)...they may not light but that book of matches is old and a classic---I am guessing you sold/bought an original Mt CB condo----snowcrest, chateau, redstone---which one?
